This is the Spirit of Women's National Day of Dance held in over 30 cities on Feb. 25th, 2006 to promote heart health in women.    Much of the footage was shot here at the Macarthur Center in Norfolk by LeTempt Video Productions.  We were  asked to edit the compilation of footage from the other events to tell the story of the National Day of Dance.
