This formal photo session took place after the reception in Washington, DC.  The locations were important to Tara and Ryan as they graduated from UVA (Jefferson Memorial) and met while working in one of the congressional office buildings.  This video also includes the bride and groom voice-over options.  The voice-overs are usually placed in your highlight video but in this case the photo session was a good place for a portion of them.
